Children, Youth & Family

Task Force SURVEY

We hope to receive 100 responses to an additional assessment of ministry with children, youth and their families.  It is available in two formats:

Online Assessment:  For those with internet access, clink on the following link: Children Youth & Family Survey.  Follow the instructions and complete everything online.

Written Assessment:  The same questions as the online survey but in a format that’s user-friendly for those who prefer the technology of paper and pen!  Forms are available at the church office, and we ask that completed surveys be returned to the same location.  We would like 100 responses by February 1. 

The Task Force appreciates your participation in this survey and other information-gathering tools to help us improve ministry to and with youth.
