On Sunday, May 20, at 9 am, six young adults from our community of faith will confirm their faith in the God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. And we will proclaim again the promises of the Triune God we worship (three-in-one): Father in heaven, for Jesus’ sake, stir up in this young man/woman the gift of Holy Spirit: confirm their faith, guide their lives, empower them in their serving, give them patience in suffering, and bring them to everlasting life. Amen.

Between services, the amazing history of our Tanzania partnerships from Don & Eunice Fultz — a delightful hour!
Presented at 9 & 11:15 am, hear the story of how one small boy’s sharing of two fish and five loaves of bread fed a large crowd because of the power of Jesus! ALSO, we will have a bake sale between services to raise money for Merrick Community Services–our local food shelf.
Family Faith Service Nights begin today, April 11!
Confirmation students, parents and other interested adults, youth and families will participate in acts of service together on Wednesdays in April from 6-7:30 pm.
April 11 – Decorate Birthday Bags for Alley Shoppe
April 18 – Sort clothing and household items at the Alley Shoppe
April 25 – Assist with light yard work for seniors through Merrick Community services.
Meal served from 5-5:50 pm followed by a sending prayer for volunteers. (No Worship on Wednesdays in April)
Donations for Birthday bags are needed including: Cake mix, frosting, disposable baking pan, birthday-themed plates, napkins, decorations, inexpensive (new!) toys (childrens book or plush animal). Anything to help families in need make their child’s birthday special. Leave donations in the Birthday Bags basket behind the Welcome Desk.

At GA Church, we’ll have palms & quiche. One in church. One not. (You figure it out.) Worship at 9 & 11:15 am, all services in the sanctuary, including holy communion. Hosanna to the King!
